Seminar Abstract: In this seminar the current trends and challenges in the commercial payer market will be discussed. It will focus on Wellnecity, a venture capital-backed health technology company and how it is leveraging claims and other data to eliminate waste, drive performance accountability, and address high-risk population cohorts through programmatic solutions.

Instructor Biosketch: Tony Giberti, MBA, is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Wellnecity, a business intelligence company that leverages advanced analytics, insights, and real-time cost monitoring seeking to lower the cost of healthcare benefits for employers and employees in the U.S. healthcare system. Mr. Gilbert leads strategy development and operations to reduce costs while improving health care outcomes. Prior to joining Wellnecity, he led multi-disciplinary teams using data and analytics to identify and develop digital growth strategies. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Mr. Giberti also has 5 years of experience as an Army Officer in overseas assignments.
