Basics of Massage

Join licensed massage therapist, Kamara Carpenter, NCLMBT #0279 to learn basic principles and techniques of massage. Bring a fellow student you're comfortable with to practice or join with another participant. This will be a safe space for practice using a massage table or yoga mat. You will be physically active and will physically touch and be touched by another person. It is critical that you and your practice partner communicate clearly during the session.
