The NCFDD Faculty Success Program is a great faculty development opportunity. This external program complements our internal Duke offerings, and programs from NCFDD have received great reviews from prior participants.
If you are accepted to the program, you may want to explore our internal scholarship program, providing partial support to faculty attending select external professional development programs.

While the Faculty Success Program is fully virtual, you won't have to go through it alone.
When you join FSP, you're matched with small accountability groups led by trained FSP Coaches — who are both faculty members and have gone through the program themselves.
Small Group Coaches are dedicated to ensuring each participant has an enriching and productive experience and offer personalized guidance through weekly meetings and check-ins on the WriteNow platform. Individual coaching sessions are available for extra support.
