New Group Coaching Sessions for Faculty

Share

In an effort to support our community during this time of uncertainty and rapid change, the School of Medicine Office for Faculty will be offering free virtual group coaching sessions for faculty members. New sessions have just been added throughout the summer. Each session will be co-facilitated by an executive coach (see bios) and a partner from Duke Health Employee Experience or the Duke Personal Assistance Service. Group coaching provides protected time and space for peer connection, reflection, and exploration of shared challenges. Topics will include:

  • Responding to an amygdala hijack
  • Managing from the middle
  • Accountability conversations
  • Work-life integration during periods of change
  • Communicating in uncertain times
  • Navigating challenging relationships
  • Discernment: what matters most and how do you get there?
  • Finding closure when something ends
  • And many others

These group coaching sessions are open to all SOM faculty. Learn more and register at https://duke.is/groupcoaching
