Katharine A. Sublett, SPT, has been accepted into the highly esteemed 2024-2025 NC Medical Society (NCMS) Academy for Future Healthcare Leaders cohort. This prestigious program is designed to support the next generation of healthcare professionals and provide them with the tools and resources needed to become leaders in an evolving healthcare landscape.
The NCMS Academy for Future Healthcare Leaders is a tuition-free, six-month leadership development initiative that cultivates the skills of graduate students across multiple healthcare disciplines. Through an interprofessional, team-based approach, participants explore critical healthcare challenges while gaining a deeper understanding of their leadership styles and those of their colleagues from other fields.
Sublett expressed her excitement and gratitude upon learning of her selection, noting the honor of being chosen for such a transformative program.
