Apply for the DeLill Nasser Award for Professional Development in Genetics! The deadline to apply is April 19, 2023. Letters of recommendation are due April 12, 2023.

What is the DeLill Nasser Award?
The award supports graduate student and postdoctoral members of GSA in their professional development. Awardees each receive up to a maximum of $1,000 to subsidize attendance costs for conferences, lab courses, and career workshops (either in person or virtual) occurring between July 1 and December 31.

Why should you or your lab members apply?
It’s important for early career scientists to network, receive feedback on their research, and learn about the latest developments in their fields. Attending conferences or participating in courses and workshops will help you shape your career and foster valuable connections with your colleagues.

Don’t miss this career-boosting opportunity! Apply for the DeLill Nasser Award, or if you’re not eligible to apply, spread the word among your colleagues. The deadline to submit your application is April 19, 2023. Letters of recommendation are due April 12, 2023.
