Congratulations to the graduates of the 2023 Academic Leadership, Innovation, and Collaborative Engagement (ALICE) program! Over the past 10 months these faculty leaders have worked as a cohort to expand and hone leadership skills, set leadership goals and create action plans, and to build a robust peer network of Duke colleagues. ALICE is an annual program that provides targeted development to mid-career women faculty leaders. Applications for the 2024 program are available now and are due November 3.
Congratulations to the 2023 graduates!
