The Office for Faculty is delighted to share the remarkable success of this year's cohort, who have completed the year-long ADVANCE-UP program.
The ADVANCE-UP (Academic DeVelopment Advocacy Networking, Coaching, and Education for Underrepresented Populations) program is designed to provide a profound and transformative experience for faculty members from underrepresented racial and ethnic backgrounds. The ultimate goal is to cultivate a supportive community, facilitate timely promotions, and bolster representation in leadership positions.
