Registration open through August 5. - Organizational Leadership in Academic Medicine for New Associate Deans and Department Chairs (In-Person – October 6–8, 2025 | Austin, TX)
- Best for associate deans and department chairs in their first 3 years.
This two-and-a-half-day seminar addresses the critical challenges and responsibilities of newly appointed academic leaders. Participants will explore strategies for managing complex operations, leading teams, and building influence across their institutions.
