The Office for Faculty presents the 2025 Academic Leadership, Innovation, and Collaborative Engagement (ALICE) participants.
ALICE is a 10-month leadership development opportunity for mid-career women faculty in the School of Medicine. The program empowers participants with in-depth experiences in leadership skill development, personal reflection and goal setting, peer mentoring, and structured 360-degree feedback.
ALICE is run by the School of Medicine Office for Faculty. The faculty participating in this program were selected through a competitive process. Congratulations to the 2025 ALICE participants!
