AAMC Leadership Offerings

The AAMC has two upcoming development opportunities that may be of interest to School of Medicine faculty and staff. These offerings complement internal programs and are led by expert facilitators who understand the academic medicine environment. Programs from the AAMC have received strong feedback from past participants.

Elevate Your Potential (Virtual - January 20, 22, 27, and 29, 2026) 
Target Audience: faculty, professional and staff interested in leadership. 

Leading for Impact (In-Person - February 3-5, 2026; Santa Ana Pueblo, NM) 
Target audience: Faculty, professional, and administrative staff such as associate dean, chair or vice chair, senior director, and others.
