Hola! I'm Jeannet Constante. Originally from Ecuador, I moved to the U.S. in 2020 as a Cultural Exchange Educator and now serve as the Program Coordinator for Faculty Development and the Organizational Wellness & Experience programs in the Department of Pediatrics at Duke. In this role, I support faculty and staff development, well-being, and credentialing efforts through thoughtful project management, process improvement, and collaboration.
I hold a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed post-graduate studies in Innovating Pedagogies from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador. I'm certified in Systemic Coaching and recently earned a certification in Innovation and Critical Thinking. I also serve as a Restorative Practices Ambassador, training that continues to shape how I approach challenges and develop inclusive, people-centered solutions.
These experiences fuel my passion for education, meaningful connection, and building a strong, intentional, and supportive workplace culture. I’m deeply motivated by the belief that when people feel seen, supported, and empowered, they do their best work, and that benefits everyone, especially the children and families we serve.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my husband, our three kids, and our two dachshunds. I’m also proud to be part of ¡DALHE!, where I share my culture, connect with colleagues, and contribute to a vibrant and inclusive Duke community.
