Master the human side of change-and move people forward with confidence Change isn't just a process; it's an emotional journey. Grounded in the renowned grief-stage research of Elisabeth Kübler Ross, this workshop gives leaders a practical, human-centered model for guiding individuals and teams through the predictable phases of organizational change. Participants won't just learn about change styles-they will develop a toolkit they can use immediately to diagnose where people are, respond effectively, and help themselves and others move through resistance, uncertainty, and renewal. Participants will: • Understand the change journey through a proven, research based model • Explore and debate the stages of change-and how they show up at work • Learn to recognize each stage and respond with the right leadership approach • Identify where they are on the change curve in real time • Build an action plan to help themselves and others move forward Target audience: SOM faculty leading or managing others REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED VIA THE LINK FOR MORE INFORMATION. Space is limited.
