Grounded in the renowned grief-stage research of Elisabeth Kübler Ross, this workshop gives leaders a practical, human-centered model for guiding individuals and teams through the predictable phases of organizational change. Participants won't just learn about change styles-they will develop a toolkit they can use immediately to diagnose where people are, respond effectively, and help themselves and others move through resistance, uncertainty, and renewal.
