Aditya Pratapa, PhD
Dr. Pratapa's research focuses on developing computational approaches to characterize cellular states and decode their molecular drivers using multiomic tissue profiles. His recent work includes topology-flexible spatial transforms for aligning RNA, protein, and metabolite measurements across tissue sections, as well as optimal transport-based approaches for adapting representations from pretrained foundation-model to novel experimental contexts.
