Meeting Rooms

The Trent Semans Center for Health Education has conference rooms, classrooms and the Great Hall available for meetings and special events. All rooms are booked through the 25Live (use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) campus booking system. A signed contract is then required to complete the reservation. Please see the Policies & Procedures page prior to submitting your request. Rooms available are listed below. Medical School education events have priority in the building.  Rooms are fully wired multimedia spaces with presentation and teleconference capabilities.

Room rental Costs: 

For all TSCHE space not including the Great Hall:

Up to two hours = $100 per hour for space; $200 per hour for AV support
Up to four hours (Half day) = $400 for space; $400 for AV support
Over four hours (Full day) = $500 for space; $600 for AV support

TSCHE Great Hall pricing including setup/breakdown time:

Up to four hours (Half day): $500 for space; $400 for AV support
Over four hours (Full day): $1000 for space; $600 for AV support

Great Hall - 75600150 - Max Capacity: 380

The Great Hall can be used as a single room or as three smaller rooms. 75600150A with a capacity of 180 and  75600150B and 75600150C with a capacity of 48 each.
