Meeting Rooms

The Trent Semans Center for Health Education offers conference rooms, classrooms, the Learning Hall and the Great Hall for School of Medicine related administrative, academic and clinical meetings as well as special events. All School of Medicine conference rooms and classrooms that are available for use across campus are listed at 25liveIf you are not directed immediately to the list, please select School of Medicine - All from the drop down menu under the Find Locations by Name tab.

A signed agreement is also required to complete reservations for space in the TSCHE. Please see the Policies for Use page prior to submitting your request. School of Medicine education and /or academic program events have priority over all other scheduling in the building.  Classrooms, conference rooms, the Learning Hall and Great Hall are fully functional, wired multimedia spaces with presentation and teleconference capabilities.  Available spaces are listed below.

TSCHE Great Hall pricing including setup/breakdown time:

Up to four hours (Half day): $500 for space; $400 for AV support
Over four hours (Full day): $1000 for space; $600 for AV support

Great Hall - 75600150 - Max Capacity: 380

The Great Hall can be used as a single room or as three smaller rooms. 75600150A with a capacity of 180 and  75600150B and 75600150C with a capacity of 48 each.

Up to four hours = $100 per hour for space; $100 per hour for AV support
Over four hours (Full day) = $500 for space; $600 for AV support

Classroom 4 - 75604067 - Max Capacity 40

  Conference 4B/C - 75604074 - Max Capacity: 26. Can be divided into 2 smaller rooms that hold 13 each.
