How to submit a ticket to MedEdIT support staff
Step 1: Click the link above (duke.service-now.com) and sign in with your Duke NetID and password
Step 3: Click on 'Create a New Request' or 'Create a New Incident' in the left hand navigation
Step 4: Fill out your information in the fields and click submit.*
*Note: Under "Select the group for your incident/request", be sure to select "Duke University" and then select "MedEdIT Help Desk" from the drop down menu.
