Registration open for new Research Mentoring sessions

The Duke Office for Research Mentoring in collaboration with the Duke CTSA and the National Research Mentoring Network offers a case-based Mentor Training Curriculum for investigators at all experience levels. Trained facilitators will provide six hours of training over two sessions. Small and large group sessions focus on key mentorship competencies:

  • Maintaining Effective Communication
  • Aligning Expectations
  • Assessing Understanding
  • Addressing Equity and Inclusion
  • Fostering Independence
  • Promoting Professional Development
  • Cultivating Ethical Behavior

Registration is now open for the Spring in-person workshop, 8-11 am April 8 and 22, 2022 here.  All faculty are welcome to attend.
