Moments to Movement Strategic Plan

DISMANTLING RACISM AND ADVANCING EQUITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION IN THE SCHOOL OF MEDICINE

One year later, in June 2021, the School of Medicine began implementation of its Moments to Movement strategic plan, “Dismantling Racism and Advancing Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the School of Medicine.” 

This plan—the culmination of the work of hundreds of faculty, staff, postdoctoral fellows, trainees and students across the School—identifies a broad range of strategies we’ll deploy over the next five years with immediate action items we’ll hold ourselves accountable for as we advance our goals. The plan serves as a “living” document that will evolve to meet a changing landscape.
