July 11, 2019 - 2:30pm to 4:30pm

WHEN: Thurs Jul 11, 2:30-4:30 pm
WHERE: The Chesterfield, Suite 2908/2909, 701 W Main St

Participants will complete a simple team assignment with restrictions highlighting the challenges of communication, collaboration, and coordinating stakeholders. Participants will use available materials to build a Lego structure that conforms to design specifications. Each participant must operate within the limits of their defined role and available time. After completing the exercise, we will debrief as a group and discuss topics such as observed behaviors, unexpected challenges, and how team members collectively organize and solve problems. The activity mimics many workplace challenges common to project management.
