Office for Faculty Development

The School of Medicine Office for Faculty Development serves as a resource for faculty at all levels. Our goal is to promote faculty success and well-being by offering tools needed to successfully navigate a career at Duke.

Dr. Ann Brown leads a faculty development workshop.
We offer grant writing workshops, a professional development seminar series and networking events. We also conduct institutional research focusing on equity and diversity and develop strategies to address the work/life balance needs of faculty.

Be sure to browse our list of upcoming events and check out the resources page for helpful tips on mentoring, grant writing, leadership, and work/life balance. If you have questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us at 684-4139 or facdev@mc.duke.edu.
