Faculty Annual Reviews
These templates can be used for annual faculty reviews for faculty in Basic and Clinical Science Departments. Each department may use their own form. Check with your Chair's office if you plan to use these forms for a formal review. These documents and instructions were developed as templates. Each faculty member’s situation is unique and you should discuss your performance review process with your supervisor. Ideally an annual review should be part of an ongoing conversation about your career development.
A limited number of partial scholarships are available each year for faculty interested in attending the AAMC's Early Career Women Faculty Professional Development Seminar or the Mid-Career Women Faculty Professional Development Seminar. These partial scholarships (up to $500) are supported by the Dean of the School of Medicine and administered by the Office for Faculty Development. The majority of expenses historically have been covered by personal or departmental funds.
